3. Seller and Buyer Responsibilities Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their items, ensuring items are as described, and shipping products within 3-5 business days of sale. Buyers are responsible for reviewing item descriptions and communicating directly with sellers regarding any questions or concerns.

Sheer Society will make reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and respectful marketplace and to ensure sellers fulfill their obligations. However, Sheer Society does not guarantee the actions or conduct of any user, nor the successful completion of any transaction.

4. Payments and Fees Sellers receive 80% of the sales price for each transaction, and Sheer Society retains a 20% commission. Payments to sellers are processed within 7-10 business days after the sale is completed. Sheer Society is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5. International Use Sheer Society serves customers internationally. Users are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, sale, and shipment of pantyhose. Sheer Society is not liable for any customs issues, import restrictions, or legal matters arising from international transactions.

6. No Warranty All services and products on Sheer Society are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sheer Society disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
